Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Kentucky OTA license, AOTA accredited OT program, and NCBOT certification. Prior experience in SNF and Matrix settings is highly desirable but not mandatory. We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
