Job Details: We're seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our experienced rehab team on a PRN basis. This is a perfect opportunity to work a flexible schedule with a team of therapists treating patients with diverse diagnoses.

Responsibilities: Assisting licensed occupational therapists with patient care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote physical and cognitive function.

Requirements: Kentucky OTA license, AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Program graduate, certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT, and prior SNF and Matrix experience desirable.
