Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kingston. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, providing flexible assistance and support to help them achieve their goals and become more self-reliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients within established boundaries to build rapport and trust.
  • Respond to client presentations, taking reasonable precautions to manage risk and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Maintain links with relevant support services, such as GPs, Social Services, and Community Mental Health Teams.
  • Assist with health and safety checks, log property repairs, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
