Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Primary Care. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key role in enhancing the capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess health and clinical needs of patients
  • Undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner
  • Diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients using advanced clinical practice skills and clinical judgement

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (equivalent or higher)
  • Evidence of completion of study in paediatric minor illness or willingness to develop these skills
  • Evidence of study in paediatric minor injury or willingness to develop these skills
