Job Summary
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Community Services Director to join our team at Vox Network Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a value for money neighbourhood and sheltered housing service which builds safe and sustainable communities, provides excellent resident experience, improves satisfaction and enhances the quality of life and opportunity for residents.

About the Role
This role involves leading on the housing management strategy improvement plan and reviewing all policies and processes for housing management and sheltered services, using business intelligence and benchmarking data to deliver transformation to services. To monitor and analyze statutory KPI's and LPI's and set and monitor appropriate performance targets to deliver an efficient and streamlined service.

Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible for working closely with the Assistant Director, Housing Management to deliver continuous service improvement, transformation and innovation, and identification of developmental opportunities.
2. Develop and deliver long-term housing strategies, an integrated approach to neighbourhood management, and business plans for Neighbourhood Services which enables achievement of corporate plans and targets and against which progress can be clearly measured.
3. A good grasp of the legal and regulatory framework for social landlords and relevant housing legislation.
4. Lead the strategic development of the sheltered housing service and implement the business and service improvement plans to enable achievement of the corporate plan and targets and against which performance can be clearly measured.
5. Work strategically with various project boards and other senior managers to develop appropriate plans that anticipate and respond to organisational changes and ensure that current and future business needs are reflected in policies and procedures.
6. Deliver a high-quality, responsive, multi-functional housing hub and resident connect services, to ensure that customer service standards are met, and customer satisfaction is continuously improved.
7. Evidence of continuous professional management development courses and housing management experience.
8. Housing Management qualification is desirable.
9. Previous experience working in a housing association or council.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including PAYE via Umbrella.
