Student Services and Welfare Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Services and Welfare Assistant. As a key member of our student services team, you will provide exceptional support to our students, ensuring they have a positive and successful experience at Kaplan International Languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Student Services Manager, including general customer services, student finance, and day-to-day student administration.
  • Work closely with the Student Services Manager to ensure all students receive top-quality customer service and support.
  • Assist with the implementation of student welfare and safeguarding initiatives, ensuring the well-being and safety of our students.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and external partners to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of student support programs, including orientation, induction, and transition activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration work, preferably in an ELT environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional customer service ethos, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support to students.
