Student Services and Hospitality Intern Responsibilities

As a Student Services and Hospitality Intern, you will play a multifaceted role within both our student services and marketing teams. Your primary responsibilities include leading engaging social program activities and creating compelling visual content to promote EP. You will work closely with the Social Media Executive to enhance our online presence and be an integral part of the dedicated Student Services team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Foster a customer service-focused culture for improved student retention
  • Address student inquiries promptly, including courses, accommodation, and well-being
  • Efficiently manage and resolve student issues and complaints
  • Coordinate with EP head office on post-arrival service matters
  • Contribute to managing student accommodation and collaborate for optimal service delivery
  • Actively identify and implement opportunities for service enhancement

Customer Service and Hospitality

As a Student Services and Hospitality Intern, you will provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns. You will assist in managing student accommodation arrangements and collaborate with the Student Services team to ensure students' well-being. You will efficiently handle and resolve student issues or complaints and assist with administrative tasks related to hospitality services.

Requirements

We are open to students applying as a requirement of their college, school, or university course. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to new software are essential. Key Performance Indicators include successful resolution of student issues or complaints, contribution to the improvement of hospitality services, and implementation of service improvements based on feedback.

Internship Benefits

Full-time interns committing up to 40 hours per week will receive a stipend of £150 per week along with paid public transport expenses. Part-time interns will be offered a complimentary morning English course, committing up to 20 hours per week, during the afternoon/evening. Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months.
