Student Support Services Coordinator

We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality support, which is why we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Administrator to join our Student Services Operations team.
The role of Senior Administrator will be instrumental in providing professional and high-quality reception and administrative support to the Inclusion and Disability Service. As the first point of contact for initial enquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders, you will respond sensitively to enquiries and handle personal information in line with university procedures and data protection legislation.
To excel in this role, you will require excellent IT skills, with the ability to use Microsoft packages and CRM/database systems. Experience of working in a busy administration setting and managing a high volume of enquiries is essential, as is your ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits that include access to training and development opportunities, a generous holiday entitlement, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
