As a Welfare and Development Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering effective CEIAG (Careers, Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance) to individuals and groups of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating and delivering welfare and personal development services to students
- Providing information and advice on student finance and welfare matters
- Supporting students with their goals, work readiness, and positive destinations
- Working with key stakeholders and support teams to maximize learners' positive outcomes
- Level 2 or equivalent in Numeracy and Literacy
- Knowledge and understanding of occupational, student finance, and welfare matters
- Ability to work effectively in cross-college teams and establish positive relationships
