Electronics Design Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an Electronics Design Specialist to join our team at Omni Subsea. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing electronic circuits and assemblies, from concept to manufacture.
Main Responsibilities:
- Interpret job specifications and identify problems and potential solutions.
- Select components, simulate circuits, and design PCBs.
- Test components and prototypes, PCB assemblies, and generate build documentation and procedures.
- Work closely with R&D engineers to interface with other engineering disciplines.
- Develop and introduce new technologies and advancements.
- Ensure high standards of product safety, functionality, reliability, and usability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in electronic engineering design is essential.
- Knowledge and experience of circuit simulation and PCB design are required.
