Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to join our expanding team at Luton Bennett. As a leading provider of subsea equipment, we are recognized for the quality of our products, and we need a talented individual to play a key role in their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of new products and the enhancement of existing products
  • Manage NPD projects from initiation through to completion
  • Set and monitor team objectives
  • Day-to-day management of the team, annual reviews, and recruitment
  • Oversee design verification, BOMs, training, and other related tasks

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in a relevant engineering subject, including electrical engineering, electronics, physics, or maths
  • Electronic product development experience, including firmware and software
  • Proven project management experience
  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory position
