About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality support to clients with mental health needs.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for engaging creatively with clients based on their identified support needs to develop skills and resources enabling independent living.

This may involve supporting clients with daily tasks, such as accessing healthcare services, managing finances, and maintaining healthy relationships.

You will also work closely with external agencies, including healthcare professionals, to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support.

About The Job

You will have a working knowledge of complex mental health needs and/or experience in social care settings.

A great communicator, building trusting professional relationships.

Empower people to develop skills, strengths, and talents.

Familiarity with community resources and organisations is desirable.

Experience in mental health support, education, training, and/or leading activities is preferred.

Requirements

Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum

Holiday entitlement: 25 days per annum
