Community Care Specialist

As a Community Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our community-based care services. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve patient outcomes and experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using Excel for data manipulation and reporting
- Designing and developing standard and bespoke data reports or experience using Power BI
- Specialist knowledge of the ESR functionality, including URPs such as HR Administration and Business Intelligence
- Passion for data quality and accuracy
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about data quality and accuracy. If you have a Bachelor's degree (BA) (BSc) NVQ level 6, ordinary degree or equivalent proven experience, and a passion for delivering high standards of patient care, we would love to hear from you.
