Job Summary

As a Communications Specialist for Integrated Care, you will play a vital role in promoting the activities of the local health and care systems through various channels. This includes the website, local events, and social networks. You will be expected to bring a broad range of communications and engagement skills to support the ICB in achieving its four core aims.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of a range of involvement and communication channels to engage diverse communities.
  • Work effectively with colleagues across South West London ICB, including primary care networks, local voluntary, community, and social enterprises, Healthwatch, and other relevant organisations.
  • Update the ICB and ICP public websites and submit content for reports and presentations to relevant Boards and Committees.
  • Support the delivery of robust resident engagement to enable service planning and transformation.

Requirements
  • Excellent communications and engagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the health and care sector.
