Community Liaison Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Liaison Specialist to join our team at Community Links (London). As a Community Liaison Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing holistic support to individuals suffering from serious mental illness or SMI.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) within primary care networks or PCNs to support individuals in accessing local services.
- Provide wrap-around support to individuals, embodying a true example of community-based care.
- Engage multiple stakeholders to improve service user welfare and outcomes.
Requirements
- University degree and/or relevant personal specification.
- Local knowledge of services, provisions, and issues faced by people suffering from mental health.
- Experience working with stakeholders and partnerships.
- A commitment to implementing the mission and values of Community Links.
What We Offer
- Full-time, 37 hours per week.
- £31,558 per annum.
- Enhanced DBS.
