About the Role

As a key member of our recruitment desk, you'll play a crucial role in connecting talented administration professionals with exciting opportunities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Targeted Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Client Interaction: Attend meetings with business clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source and assess suitable candidates for vacancies, ensuring a perfect match between talent and opportunity.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Work towards targets and KPIs, driving results and maintaining quality standards.
