CV-Library is seeking an experienced Intervention Claims Handler to join their team. As a member of the Intervention Team, you will play a vital role in managing claims effectively and delivering exceptional service to clients.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in claims handling, particularly recovery and credit hire processes, and will be able to navigate complex cases confidently.
Responsibilities- Triaging Leads: Identify intervention opportunities and resolve claims efficiently.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with non-fault claimants to determine damage and mobility needs, offering tailored solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Find alternative settlements and manage issues creatively.
- Workflow Management: Maintain SLA standards while working across internal systems and with external stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust with claimants, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Claims Expertise: Solid background in claims handling, particularly recovery and credit hire processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong phone skills to build rapport, handle objections, and explain services effectively.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in assessing claims and finding innovative, customer-focused resolutions.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining accurate records, producing high-quality documentation, and staying on top of multiple workflows.
- Tech Savviness: Confident in using Microsoft Office and claims systems to manage tasks efficiently.
