As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor at Themis Recruit, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage a caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence claims from initial client consultations through to settlement.
  • Conduct all necessary investigations for claims, including obtaining medical evidence, instructing expert witnesses, and preparing documents for Court if litigation is required.
  • Advise clients on potential funding options, including conditional fee agreements (CFA) or other funding arrangements.
  • Assist in the assessment of costs, including any success fees, and work with a costs draftsman where necessary.

This is a full-time position, but part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate. The role requires a strong understanding of the commercial considerations of cases, including the ability to assess risks, outcomes, and funding options.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary, estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
