Job Title: Claims Resolution Professional

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Claims Resolution Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The successful candidate will have a salary of approximately £35,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a caseload of claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  2. Action new claims within 24 hours of receipt, following the client's agreed validation process.
  3. Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, using the correct greeting and DPA procedure.
  4. Escalate any expressions of dissatisfaction in accordance with the agreed complaints process, ensuring customer expectations are met and SLAs are maintained.
  5. Ensure accurate calculation of claim reserves, payments, and Large Movement Reports, adhering to client procedures and service standards.
  6. Apply sound judgment and discretion when investigating and resolving claims, ensuring fairness and consistency.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should be aware of motor fraud indicators and risk factors for large loss/catastrophic claims, including the escalation process, and ensure all policy and procedure documents are read and understood.
