Strategic Business Development Director

Assystem is currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the company's market entry efforts in Poland and position Assystem as a key player in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire business development process, from early lead detection to negotiating deals, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic market development and positioning
- Client relationship management
- Sales and proposal development
- Contract management
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, business development, or key account management roles.
A successful track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships will be essential for this role.
Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with high-level stakeholders.
