About the Role

We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our Outpatient Administration team at St Joseph's Hospital. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Outpatient Administration Team, monitoring consultant clinics, and being hands-on with booking appointments and other duties. You will also lead weekly catch-up meetings with the Head of Administration and train new staff assigned to the team.

The salary for this position is approximately £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive enhanced annual leave, private medical insurance, and a range of other benefits.
