About the Opportunity

Appoint Healthcare is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our leadership team as a Clinical Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead in our Brain Injury Unit in Newport, South Wales.

This role offers the chance to be a key member of the leadership team in a specialist hospital that provides care for adults with neuropsychiatric disorders, acquired brain injuries, and degenerative neurological conditions.

  • Lead the implementation of treatment models and support best practices for neuropsychiatric care.
  • Develop and oversee care plans and behavior support strategies for patients.
  • Deputise for the Hospital Director when required and participate in an on-call rota.
About You

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
  • Hold a valid and clear NMC PIN.
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
