Job Overview

As a Smart Buildings Leadership Role at Equal Approach Ltd, you will play a key part in driving our expansion efforts, identifying and fostering new strategic partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Development and execution of regional business plans, including financial performance and operational delivery.
  2. Leadership of an engineering team to achieve planned objectives and budgets focused on business and customer needs.
  3. Collaboration with the sales department to grow market share within the retrofit and new build construction market.
  4. Fostering strong relationships to ensure commercial and financial compliance.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. Leadership skills to support stakeholders and establish a collaborative approach to meeting business challenges.
  2. A strong commercial acumen and ability to present findings through accurate forecasting and reporting.
  3. A full driving licence for travel to different sites.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The package also includes:
