Key Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to students with SEND
* Provide individualized support to students with SEND to help them access the curriculum
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members
* Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students
* Good knowledge of EHCPs
* Ability to assist in lessons and activities
* Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Understanding of the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
