We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Wakefield Council. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential and reliable secretarial support to senior colleagues, including managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other local authorities and external partners.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for projects and initiatives, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a corporate or public sector environment.
