**Vision for Education - Essex**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in one of our Ipswich secondary schools.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent, experience working with young people, and a passion for education. They will be responsible for leading lessons of 25 pupils as a class teacher substitute and gaining valuable experience in the education sector.
We offer excellent daily rates paid using PAYE, social and networking events, pension contributions, and CPD for professional development.
**Salary:** £80-£120 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
- Lead lessons of 25 pupils as a class teacher substitute
- Gain experience in education and develop your skills with our comprehensive training programme
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent
- Experience working with young people or a willingness to learn
- Possession of a valid DBS check
