Job Overview

Castle Hill Infant and Junior Schools, a vibrant school community within ASSET Education, are seeking a motivated and committed teaching assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children's learning and development, and will be able to work effectively with teachers and other staff to deliver high-quality educational support.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support to children in small groups, working closely with the class teacher to deliver effective learning strategies and ensure outstanding learning outcomes for all students.

• Implement sensory strategies and communication methods to support children's self-regulation and learning needs.

• Liaise with teaching staff to plan and deliver classroom support, ensuring that all children receive the support they need to succeed.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, using own initiative and flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual learners.
