WMJobs is recruiting for a highly motivated Care and Support Coordinator to join our Children's Services team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional care and support to children and young people who have experienced early childhood trauma in a residential home setting.

About the Role

As a Care and Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care plans and providing emotional support to two young people. Your key duties will include:

  • Ensuring the emotional and practical needs of our children and young people are met.
  • Implementing the young person's care plan and providing nurturing care and emotional support.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve excellent outcomes for our children and young people.

You will need to work flexible hours, including shifts, sleep-ins, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep-in on a rota basis.
