Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Operator to join our team at Gregory. As a Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Coordinate daily service reports and ensure accurate data entry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Process orders for transport and input data into our Traffic Management System.
- Liaise with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Strong time management and reliability skills.
- Proficiency in MS packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A competitive salary of £32,000-£34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
