About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Huntress. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to customers across various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to guarantee resolution and satisfaction
  • Handle complex customer issues with care and maintain regular communication until a satisfactory resolution is achieved
  • Manage claims efficiently, ensuring all information is submitted accurately and refunds are processed without delay
  • Update spreadsheets, documentation, and databases daily
  • Report directly to the Marketing Director and support with ad hoc tasks when required
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure the FAQ section is accurate and up-to-date, providing customers with the most current information
  • Provide feedback to relevant departments regarding customer issues or concerns, to ensure the business improves overall customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the Logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and on time
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all customer interactions and record-keeping
