About Us

NFU Mutual's Agency in Flimwell is a leading provider of insurance services, seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Insurance Customer Service Advisor.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to honesty, fairness, and trust, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

  • Process customer inquiries, policy alterations, and renewals, while introducing new and additional insurance products and services.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Introduce NFU Mutual's range of financial services products, including insurance and investment solutions.
  • Ensure all business transactions are conducted in compliance with FCA regulations and with a customer-centric approach.

What We're Looking For

  • A driven and enthusiastic individual who can provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
  • A confident and team-oriented personality who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who demonstrates initiative and a 'can-do' attitude, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math and English (or equivalent) and a full driving license with access to a vehicle.

Job Requirements

  • Full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Wadhurst.
