About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to join our team at Manor Lodge, a stunning new development of 43 retirement apartments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the development, and managing the maintenance of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all aspects of the development are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and organize activities and events for the Home Owners, ensuring that they have a happy and fulfilling lifestyle.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring that the development is safe and secure for our Home Owners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to our Home Owners.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our Home Owners, contractors, and suppliers.
