Support Practitioner in Behavioural Management - Competitive Hourly Rate

Typical working hours are from 9am to 4:30pm, four days a week, with flexibility available during the interview process.

We are seeking a Support Practitioner in Behavioural Management to join our dedicated team at our residential service. This environment is friendly and supportive, catering to a diverse group of individuals.

As a Support Practitioner, your role will involve leading the management of challenging behaviours exhibited by individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. You will provide expert guidance, advice, and support to our staff team. Responsibilities may include conducting thorough behavioural assessments, developing effective risk assessments, and creating detailed behaviour support plans. Monitoring the outcomes for individuals and implementing training for staff will also be key components of your role.

This position is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact on the lives of others.

We are looking for candidates who possess both the necessary experience and values aligned with our mission. Applicants should hold a Full UK Driving License, demonstrate flexibility, and have proven experience in clinical supervision.
