Job Description: As a Swansea Bay University Health Board Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing care after death support to patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of death certification processes.

About the Role:

  • Provide emotional support to bereaved individuals, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and resources.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for articulating effectively with all grades of staff, including senior medical staff, and ensuring that death certifications are completed accurately and efficiently.

Salary: £29,888 - £35,588 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a Band 4 grade, 37.5 hours per week, ability to travel between sites, and good verbal skills.
