Care Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Castlecroft Residential Care Home in Birmingham. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with our residents.
While experience is not essential, you must be willing to undergo comprehensive training and development programs to ensure your success in this position.
