About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our Commercial team at Eco Careers LTD. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in the Foodservice/OOH and Wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Manage and develop relationships with key foodservice wholesalers and buying group customers across the UK, ensuring strong partnerships and mutually beneficial agreements.
  2. Negotiation and Implementation: Negotiate and implement cost price increases, joint business plans, and promotional support in line with our financial and brand targets, ensuring a positive ROI and optimized profitability.
  3. Business Development: Secure new listings and distribution to support our growth, including incremental product range and new product brands, and drive new business to develop new accounts and channel breakthrough strategies.
  4. Market Analysis: Analyze market, category, and account data to gain insight and develop account and channel strategies to create selling stories and competitive advantage.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Direct the workload and direction of customer projects and customer fulfillment, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a branded or own label FMCG business (Food or Non-Food) with Foodservice customers and/or key end users.
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills, with a track record of driving growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
