The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our Commercial team. This role will play a pivotal part in capturing the exciting market opportunity for further expansion within the Foodservice/OOH and Wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage foodservice wholesalers and buying group customers across the UK, negotiating and implementing cost price increases, joint business plans, and promotional support in line with Regal's financial and brand targets.
  • Execute account agreements and ensure a positive £ROI for Regal, optimizing profitability.
  • Secure new listings and distribution to support Regal's growth, including incremental product range and new products brands.
  • Drive new business, developing and executing channel breakthrough strategies and joint business plans.
  • Analyze market, category, and account data to gain insight, developing account and channel selling stories and competitive advantage.
  • Engage stakeholders, directing workload and customer projects, and ensuring customer fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the foodservice channel, with experience managing national foodservice wholesalers.
  • Understanding of foodservice businesses and their ways of working, including buying group head offices and key end users.
