  11. HRIS Management: Oversee the implementation and management of HRIS, preferably Dayforce, ensuring systems are optimized for the EMEA region.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR leadership roles, with significant experience managing HR functions across the EMEA region.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Expertise in DEI initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement within a multi-country context.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS implementation and management, preferably Dayforce.
