- Cultural Sensitivity: Promote and nurture a deep understanding of cultural differences and sensitivities within the EMEA workforce, ensuring a respectful and cohesive work environment.
- Acquisitions: Lead HR due diligence and integration processes for mergers and acquisitions within the EMEA region.
- HRIS Management: Oversee the implementation and management of HRIS, preferably Dayforce, ensuring systems are optimized for the EMEA region.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR leadership roles, with significant experience managing HR functions across the EMEA region.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Expertise in DEI initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement within a multi-country context.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS implementation and management, preferably Dayforce.
