Key Responsibilities
- Provide Strategic HR Support: Offer guidance on employment terms, HR policies, and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage Employee Lifecycle: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Support Employee Relations: Conduct investigations and performance management initiatives to maintain a fair and respectful work environment.
- Maintain HR Records and Systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of employee information and HR processes.
- Assist with Benefits Administration and Payroll: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of benefits and salaries.
- Contribute to Organizational Development and Talent Management: Support employee growth and development through training and development programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years of HR Experience
- CIPD Qualification Preferred
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency in HR Systems and Microsoft Office
