Overnight Operations Manager

Marriott International is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceptional hospitality. As a Night Manager at one of our properties, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and attention during their stay.
Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor and direct all property operations during the overnight shift, ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with all Marriott International operating procedures and policies, including financial management, inventory control, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and implement opportunities for improvement, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.
Requirements:
• Previous front office experience is essential, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others positively and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
• Familiarity with Opera/Marsha systems and IT skills.
Education and Certification:
• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years' experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 3 years' experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
