Operations Support Assistant - Temporary Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Support Assistant to join our client's team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients by answering corporate phone lines and triaging service requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Phone Support: Ensure that corporate telephone lines are answered in a professional manner, and callers' requests are handled efficiently.
  • Administration: Provide administrative support to the accounts helpdesk system, including maintaining user accounts, completing password resets, and ensuring client details are accurate.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct monthly analysis of call stats and service requests for inclusion in management reports.
  • Triage and Resolution: Triage service requests and ensure they are handled in the most appropriate manner, adhering to SLAs.
  • Business Reporting: Assist in creating business reports for the Service Desk.
  • Test Scripting: Assist with running test scripts for ICD system upgrades.
  • Ad-Hoc Requests: Support the Operations Support Manager with any ad-hoc requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with support teams, project managers, and client relationship managers.
Essential Experience:
  • Working in service desk, customer service, and administrative roles.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and not require continuous hands-on leadership.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills.
