Key Responsibilities
The Director of Pastoral Care will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support student behaviour, culture, and pastoral care. This will include:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote positive student behaviour and wellbeing;
  • Leading the senior leadership team inBehaviour, Culture and Pastoral Care initiatives;
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective pastoral care systems;


The salary for this position is £130,000-£170,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the working pattern is full-time.
