About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Ipswich West Community Team. As a Physiotherapist in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-standard patient care in hospital settings and patients' homes
  • Ensure a seamless flow for patient care between hospital and community settings
  • Provide supervision and support to more junior staff
  • Triage referrals to the community team

Person Specification

Essential

  • Post-registration experience in a relevant clinical setting
  • Documented evidence of continuing professional development
  • Advanced observational and reporting skills

Desirable

  • Evidence of previous community experience
  • Able to demonstrate the management of complex casework

Qualification

  • Diploma or 1st Level degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Current HCPC registration
