About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Ipswich West Community Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in hospital settings and patients' homes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-standard patient care in hospital settings and patients' homes
  • Ensure a seamless flow for patient care between hospital and community settings, enabling patients to be cared for in their own home environment
  • Provide supervision and support to more junior staff
  • Triage referrals to the community team
