About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution channels, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop sales strategies for Organised Retail & Discounters markets.
- Prospect and acquire new convenience and wholesale clients.
- Retain customers and maximize lifetime value.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Set pricing strategies and negotiate profitable deals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of FMCG non-food sales experience, ideally with convenience, and discounter channels.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and channel growth.
- Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and contacts with major retailers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
