About the Role

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our team. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, boosting sales, and expanding distribution across major channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop sales strategies for Organised Retail & Discounters markets.
  • Prospect and acquire new convenience and wholesale clients.
  • Retain customers and maximize lifetime value.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Set pricing strategies and negotiate profitable deals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of FMCG non-food sales experience, ideally with convenience, and discounter channels.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and channel growth.
  • Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and contacts with major retailers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
