About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Housing Support Worker to join our team at Sellick Partnership. In this position, you will provide critical support to vulnerable service users in housing management, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the necessary assistance.

Your key responsibilities will include assessing eligibility, reviewing progress, and providing tailored support to customers. You will also engage with customers to promote tenancy compliance, community engagement, and established lifestyles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to eligible customers
  • Assess customers' support needs and agree tasks
  • Regularly review customer progress and report on outcomes achieved
  • Promote tenancy compliance and community engagement
  • Support customers with financial management and debt counselling

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar support role
  • A full UK Driving Licence is required
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate is necessary

Benefits:

This role offers flexibility to work from home and comprehensive training provided. The salary for this position is £15,000 per annum, plus mileage reimbursement.
