Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Reservations Team Leader who has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences to clients, guests, members and residents. This individual needs to have a strong background in reservations at a hotel or a central reservations office – preferably experience in both - with a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to detail and personalized resident/member service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management and Leadership: Overall responsibility for the management of the Reservations Team whilst on duty and in the absence of the Reservations Manager.
  • Sales Management, Financial Awareness and Reporting: Be aware of the business objectives and play a major role in forecasting and achievement of Club Flat Revenues along with Event Revenues.
