Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the 360 planning, scheduling, and execution of all photo shoots, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the production team, including producers, production assistants, and freelancers.
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring all projects are financially viable and within agreed-upon constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the production process and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Client & Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the production phase, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production management within the creative industry, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
  • Experience in production with both fashion & commercial clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem solving skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
