About the Role

Lantum is seeking a seasoned Head of Product to lead our product and design teams in driving innovation and growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product strategy, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead product and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and drive innovation
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head of Product or Director of Product in a tech startup or dynamic environment
  • Strong product leadership skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
  • Ability to develop and manage product roadmaps and backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives
